What is your position at TapMango? How has it evolved since you started?

My position at TapMango is a Feature Implementation Specialist. When I started here I joined the onboarding team to help new merchants get started and find success when initially joining TapMango. In my role now, I specialize in helping merchants successfully launch features like online ordering, apps and memberships.

What are some aspects of your role that you really enjoy?

We meet a lot of really amazing people and business owners through this role. Another aspect of my role is definitely working from home! This gives me so much more flexibility in my life and because of the support system we have here in our colleagues it almost still feels like you’re in an office space.

What’s something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done yet? Why not?

Top of the list is definitely going to the UK to see a football match. I’ve been a massive soccer fan and played competitively growing up and into early adulthood. Soccer games are something I look forward to watching every weekend. When the opportunity comes I will 100% have the plane ticket booked.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

My grandma’s Island meatball recipe with potatoes. Anyone close to me knows how much I love potatoes and every year for my birthday growing up I always asked for island meatballs.

What is something your work colleagues don’t know about you?

I’m a pretty open book so I don’t think there is much they don’t know about me. I guess one thing was that before we met for the first time everyone expected me to be much shorter than I really am LOL.

What is one piece of advice you would tell 8 year old you? (on career pursuit, life, laughter and love)

Try not to overthink everything.

Top 3 binge-worthy shows, book series, or movies? (And Why?)

Ted Lasso #1. Ted Lasso is one of the funniest and most heartwarming shows I have ever watched. I will forever try to convert people into Ted Lasso fans. Jujutsu Kaisen for an anime show. It’s super exciting and engaging and the characters are all great. The last pick would be either Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings because they’re staples to rewatch.
